At sunrise at Scripps Pier, the horizon glows with soft alpenglow, casting a delicate band of pink and orange across the quiet morning sky. The long lines of the pier stretch out over the water, their dark silhouette guiding the eye toward the distant light. Gentle waves roll in beneath the structure, catching hints of the warm glow as they rise and fall. The ocean reflects the pastel colors, turning the surface into a calm blend of gold, rose, and blue. The air is cool and still, carrying the faint sound of water brushing against the sand. In this quiet moment, the pier, the sea, and the sky come together in a peaceful balance.
